We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were professional and helpful, making us feel like royalty. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the live music in the evening created a wonderful atmosphere. Our room was stunning with a dressing room and spacious layout. The food in the restaurant and room service was excellent, and we were impressed with the Christmas atmosphere throughout the hotel, which made us feel warm and festive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked into the elegant lobby, we felt welcomed and embraced by the warm and friendly staff. The beautiful rooms, with their classic Italian decoration style, were a delight to stay in. We booked two rooms and were pleasantly surprised to find that the room pattern was similar, but the curtains and crystal lights added unique touches. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the ballroom, which reminded us of the enchanting dance halls in Beauty and the Beast movies. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a couple of blocks away from the main train station, making it easy for us to access transportation. We also found it convenient to find good restaurants in the vicinity.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered the elegant lobby, I was impressed by the grandeur and old-class charm that it exuded. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, giving off a regal vibe. The bathroom was fantastic and the shower gel provided was of excellent quality. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with pristine rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel like royalty. They provided professional and helpful service in every aspect, from the concierge to the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Termini and close to the city's main sights. It was also convenient for transportation, with the city sightseeing buses' first stop being just a few minutes away. The hotel even provided a fantastic city map, making it easy to navigate around this city. Breakfast by room service was excellent, with a choice of hot food, pastries, juices, and coffee/tea. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being pristine and everything in them feeling brand new. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always cheerful and committed to providing excellent service. Special mention to Mr. Giancarlo P, who went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. The location was perfect, with two main train stations nearby and plenty of shopping and restaurant options. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including fruits, porridge, eggs, smoked salmon, pancakes. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
