The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impeccable. The gardens were stunning and served as the crown jewel of this hotel. The location was ideal, with influencers doing photo shoots at all times of the day, and most sights were within walking distance. The staff's professionalism and helpfulness were second to none.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and professional, making my stay extremely comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a beautiful balcony with stunning views of the city. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and I particularly enjoyed the dancing waiter who has been working here for many years.

The location right in front of Piaza del Popolo and a taxi stand nearby made it incredibly convenient for us to explore all the attractions in this beautiful city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was exceptional, and we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were not only friendly and helpful but also provided useful advice on the city. The breakfast in the garden was delightful, and the staff there were always attentive and ready to assist.
